Methods

Laboratory is a specialist on quantitative high resolution GC-MS analysis of environmental pollutants.

Analysis of PCDD/F meets requirements of European Standard EB 1948 1,2 and 3 ( Stationary source emissions - Determination of mass concentration of PCDDs/PCDFs

When analyzing PCDD/F and dioxin like PCBs in food and feed, laboratory meets requirements of European Council:

  • COMMISSION DIRECTIVE 2002/70/EC of 26 July 2002 establishing requirements for the determination of levels of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs in feeding stuffs
  • COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2001/102/EC of 27 November 2001 amending Directive 1999/29/EC on the undesirable substances and products in animal nutrition
  • COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 2375/2001 of 29 November 2001 amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 466/2001 setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs

Instruments

High resolution mass spectrometer Autospec Ultima NT ( Waters ) with HP 6890 gas chromatograph ( Agilent ) and equipped with CTC 200SA autosampler.

Mass spectrometer SATURN with Varian 3400 gas chromatograph
